2026 Student Fees

Registration Fee: $75 individual/$100 family (before April 1st)

Tuning & String Replacement Fee: $40

Books 1-5: $750

Extra Enrichment Classes (for students or siblings): $85

(Every student gets one enrichment class, and they will have one free period in their schedule which they can use to practice.  They have the option to register for a second enrichment class to fill that free period, and then they will just have to practice during the lunch break.)

2026 Teacher Training Fees

Book 2: $650

Book 3: $650

Teaching Strategies: $300

Scholarships

Applications Due April 1, 2026

The Utah Suzuki Harp Institute has a few small scholarships available to Institute registrants.  These scholarships are made available for students or teachers who experience financial hardship in attending Institute.  Financial need is the top priority in awarding financial assistance.  Musical ability is second in consideration.  No full scholarships will be awarded.

Applicants who are awarded a scholarship will be asked to provide a certain number of service hours to the Institute.  This service can be completed by the scholarship recipient or their family members.  Service may be completed before or during Institute.
